Enrollment Information
Parents may pick up enrollment packets in the main office at any time the office is open, but registration hours are limited
Make sure you have the following documentation with you when you come to register your child:
- Enrollment forms must be filled out completely, as well as the emergency card, and medical card (if applicable)
- Original Birth Certificate or Passport
- Immunization records: Check your enrollment packet to make sure which immunizations your child needs.
- Proof of address: Bring one of the following.... recent, original utility service bill (gas, water, electric) OR a rental or lease agreement OR recent official government mail (i.e. Cal Works Social Security) Do NOT bring Bank Statements, Credit card or phone bills. These documents as well as Driver's Licenses are not considered proof of address.
Universal Transitional Kindergarten (UTK)
Any child whose birthday falls between 9/2/18 and 9/1/19 is eligible to apply for UTK.
Kinder students must turn 5 by 9/1/23.
PAL students are placed by LAUSD Special Education department.
