Update About Meal Application

As of the 2022-23, school year, continuing San Jose students do not need to fill out a meal application.  All students will now receive breakfast, lunch and an afternoon meal (if they stay after school) free of charge.

Only parents/guardians of new LAUSD students are required to fill out the Household Income Form (HIF) either online or in the main office.  The level of our Title I funding is directly tied to the percentage of students who qualify. Therefore, this information is vital to our school's program.

School Breakfast, Lunch and Supper Programs

Breakfast in the Classroom (BIC) will resume in the 2022-23 school year for all students.

Lunch is also available free of charge to all students.   Students are expected to eat during lunch period, and if they do not have a lunch from home, they will be directed to the cafeteria.

Students whose parents drop-off fast food meals during the day must eat in the office during their lunch time.

Students in the after-school program will be served a hot supper meal.
