Become a Volunteer!

San Jose Street School is looking for volunteers!

There are many ways to participate as a volunteer.  Volunteers may assist teachers in classrooms or take materials hope to prepare. They provide supervision on the playground or do morning safety valet duty. Participation in councils, committees and on the PTA board are other ways to help.

Research has shown that active parent involvement is an indicator of high student achievement.  Help your child reach his or her highest level by becoming involved!

Volunteers must fill out an application, provide proof of TB clearance, COVID vaccination  and be fingerprinted.
